My journey from struggle to strength.

From a very young age I felt the effects of stress deep in my body-manifesting as anxiety and auto-immune conditions and later a career that drained all of my energy and resulted in depression. I wasn't following my true pathway and it showed, physically and mentally.

I turned to food and unhealthy habits for comfort, until I made the decision to change. I reconnected with myself, healed emotional wounds, developed my spiritual practise and stepped into my purpose. I lost weight and came off my medication.

Now I am stronger, healthier and in alignment with my souls purpose. I combine life coaching and health coaching and spiritual practises to help others find their clarity, confidence and the healing they so deserve.
