1. Purpose of Services

Ace Your Life offers personal development services including coaching, courses, readings, and digital resources.

These are designed to provide guidance and self-reflection. They are not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or mental-health advice.

You remain responsible for how you interpret and act on any guidance.

2. Client Responsibility

Use insights as a tool for self-growth, not as absolute direction.

Do not make major life or medical decisions (e.g., ending medication, legal action, quitting employment) based only on content or sessions.

Seek qualified professional support where appropriate.

3. Confidentiality

All information shared in sessions is confidential. Details will only be disclosed if:

Required by law or safeguarding concerns; or

You provide written consent.

4. Safeguarding & Referrals

If you appear in emotional crisis or at risk of harm, you may be gently signposted to appropriate professional services.

5. Age Requirement

You must be 18 or older to book services.

6. Payment & Refunds

Full payment is required in advance to secure a booking.

Cancellations 48+ hours before a session: you may reschedule once without extra charge.

Cancellations within 48 hours, late arrivals over 15 minutes, or no-shows: session is non-refundable.

Digital products and completed services are non-refundable once delivered, except where required by UK consumer law.

7. Timing & Punctuality

Please arrive on time. Sessions end at the scheduled finish time even if you are late.

If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session may be cancelled and is non-refundable.

8. Right to Refuse Service

Ace Your Life may decline service if a client behaves inappropriately or attends under the influence of drugs/alcohol. No refund will be issued.

9. Support Boundaries

Ongoing email or messaging support is only included if specifically stated in your package.

Respect agreed boundaries and response times.

10. GDPR & Privacy

We comply with UK GDPR.

We collect only necessary personal data (name, contact details, booking and payment info, session notes) to deliver services.

Your data may be stored securely on third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, Google Workspace).

We never sell or rent personal data.

You have the right to:

Access, correct, or delete your data;

Withdraw marketing consent at any time.

11. Ethical Practice

You will be treated with respect and professionalism.
